WHAT UNIFIES THE FAMILY

4 PRINCIPLES
1 LETTER · 3 EXCERPTS
§ HEADLINE
One holding. Six disciplines. A single saturation ceiling.
§ PRINCIPLES

Four
principles.

i · ii · iii · iv
I.

Operators, not landlords.

We capitalize founders to run their own brands. The holding sets standards, not styles.

II.

A shared infrastructure.

Commerce, support, loyalty, content - built once for the family, available to every brand on day one.

III.

One voice is louder.

FitShop orange is the only color above the family’s saturation ceiling. Everything else stays editorial.

IV.

Compound, do not stunt.

No vanity launches, no decade-out roadmaps. Brands ship when they are real, and stay locked until then.

§ EXCERPTS

From the
brandbook.

§ 01

Operators, not landlords.

We do not own a portfolio of equity stakes. We own operating brands and we run them. The founder of every venture in the family runs it as the CEO - we capitalize, we set standards, and then we leave them alone.

§ 02

One voice is louder.

FitShop orange is the only color in the family that breaks the saturation ceiling. Every other brand stays editorial. The point is not modesty - it is hierarchy. One brand gets to shout; the rest earn their voice with the work.

§ 03

Compound, do not stunt.

No vanity launches. No decade-out roadmaps. Brands ship when they are real and stay locked until then. We compound; we do not perform compounding.

§ FROM THE FOUNDER

We are a small holding by design. Five brands is a lot to take seriously; eighteen would be a portfolio. We are not building a portfolio - we are building one good company, seven times.
